Slow day

This sidewalk vendor had positioned his stall in front of Claret School and the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish Church. He was selling mostly small, inexpensive plastic toys. He must earn a lot during school days and Sundays, but since it was a weekday holiday when I took this, he must have spent the entire day just 'texting.'

  7. He's got quite a selection! I have found though, that toys bought at vendors like this over here only last about a day...or less!

  8. That's a very impressive stall. I wonder what he does with his inventory at night? He must really dislike school holidays!

  15. Lovely capture. It is very reminiscent of old grade school days. I miss skipping lunch to save for those inexpensive toys. None of them toys lived long enough to see this day, but it's okay.

  18. I like how you framed him and the umbrella to the left, to give your photo good focal point. I'll bet that's a loooong boring day without customers.
