It may have a different name in your country, but I'm sure you'll understand when I say that this is my most hated building in Metro Manila. This is the head office of the
Bureau of Internal Revenue, located in Quezon City.

uggh! taxes. In the US, tax day is April 15th, which is right around the corner. The sky is pretty but the building does look like a government building

Too funny. Oregon's Department of Revenue building has very few windows. Probably to protect the identities of the employees. Also, not a popular building here.
Same here...we all hate tax day!
Who wouldn't hate a government office that can't show where the people's money goes... lol...I forgot exactly where this is...We lived in Congressional btw.
