Mobile clinic

I see mobile clinics like this only on two types of occasions. They go to large companies with health care benefits for their employees for scheduled annual physical examinations—more convenient than having employees go to clinics and hospitals and taking the whole day off for it. And they're also hired for big events with lots of people in venues without their own clinics. They're usually stationed in the parking lot, like this one was.

I've seen mobile clinics like that before, sometimes they do blood drives, flu shots or blood tests.

Regarding your question on my blog USC (Which has been my favorite college football team since 1974) is less than twenty miles from Long Beach.

Great idea. I haven't seen one in the states, but I am sure we have them somewhere.

A good idea. I think they might have them here too

Nice idea. Pretty too.
The closest thing Israel has to that is Magen David mobile blood donor units.
BTW, is your country celebrating a feast day today?

Smart idea, that I think some here in Norway, should copy. Nice blue design on the bus! ;-)

Great design, colors and graphics. It's very smart to schedule these for big companies. It does save lots of time.

When we lived in Fort Lauderdale, we had Humana health insurance for awhile...but they did not provide mobile physicals! I think that is a great idea!

Lovely photo, Hilda!

Great snap! Smart idea for employees! Humana is the name of one of our health insurance companies here - ironic!

I have seen similar "mobile clinics" here. Sometimes at community events or large business happenings. Great idea.

c'est une bonne idée et cela permet de mieux protéger les employés , mais il faudrait que cela soit accessible a tout le monde
it is a good idea and it allows to protect better the employees, but it would be necessary that it is approachable has everybody

The mobile clinic is a great idea for health checkups at work. Saves a lot of time and money.

Isn't it a wonderful idea for them to where the people are. The only ones I see here are for donating blood.

I agree with the above comments. I think this is a fantastic and useful idea and I wish other countries would follow this initiative. All the best. Ciao. A.

Wonderful idea! I remember seeing mobile dentist's offices when I was in Brazil. It's a funny sight if you're not used to it.

It's a good idea. Makes a lot of sense.

In Sydney, we have ones that collect blood for the red cross and they also do mobile breast-cancer screenings for free.

It is such a shame that often this kind of thing is on a user-pays basis.

I dream of a world where essential and preventative health-care as well as quality education is offered for free.

But hey, I AM a dreamer.

Humana is also a huge health care plan in southeastern US, like Florida.

Cool medi-bus!
