Operatic

Those who visit this blog regularly may have noticed by now that I have a thing for restaurant interiors. This is Café Puccini, an Italian restaurant at the Fort Strip in Taguig City's Bonifacio Global City. In this case, it was the stone oven and the golden chandelier that caught my eye. Our shy server didn't quite know where to look when she saw me taking pictures in her direction.

Such a beautiful design - I would love to dine there - I see a portrait of Andrea Bochelli - he has a voice from heaven! I'm a big fan of Bocheli!

What a fantastic looking place Hilda! I like the chandelier too. They seem to have a gold theme going on with the color on the wall. I like it!

This is a very nice restaurant and your photo revealed many interesting Tuscan things in this place.
Look at the painting on the left of the arch (castle on the sea) and then follow this link: Boccale Castle, one of the most picturesque spot on the Livorno coast.

It looks like the other diners hid too! Lol!

It looks a lovely place to eat.

I like the angle of the photo. I'm just wondering where all the other people are.

People do tend to hide from the camera lens. Great shot, Hilda.

Hi Hilda - thanks for the lovely welcoming comment on my blog. You are too kind.

Your comment here about the employee is spot on. People often become self-conscious in front of a lens - and not just in Manilla!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!

Leif, Ken Mac, Priyanka:
Yes, the food was very good, though on the expensive side. For us anyway.

James:
This was at an odd hour, around 2:00 p.m. (a very late lunch for us). Those who had lunch there were done and it was too early for the afternoon snack, much less dinner.
