Side and front views of the massive Renaissance Towers condominium complex in Pasig City. I've never been inside, and I doubt if I ever will, but I hear that it's very luxurious and that security is very tight. I just wish there was some way to take photos of it up close without those equally solid-looking utility cables.
These are wonderful photos, Hilda...and perhaps the cables add a touch of the reality of the city!
ReplyDeleteat work, we call those lines spaghetti. :)
ReplyDeleteIt is sooo cool the way you shot these photos, Hilda. They and You are amazing...
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your weekend and relax :D
If you can't keep them out of the picture, just use them. You did, and at least in the first image, they surely add something to the right geometry of the shot.
ReplyDeleteWow, I like the look of these pictures.
ReplyDeletethe exterior looks great already...
ReplyDeletethink i've been there once, visiting a friend's friend...^-^
the interior seems typical to me, but his flat, although small, looks awesome... apart from the large windows, the view's fantastic...
great shot! and as usual i hate those cables too. no matter how nice the buildings are, those cables still destructs the view.
ReplyDeleteI'm with dong on this one. I hate those electric lines. Messes up the building pics.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry Hilda. You just play the cards you are dealt. These photos are fine cables or not. What a great building. I'd love to go exploring there. Maybe you could slip the doorman 50P or so. That should open a door or two.
ReplyDeletePosh!
ReplyDeleteThe cables can be mostly a nuisance but you were able to actually use them as part of a great scene!
ReplyDeleteAn imposing looking structure.
ReplyDeleteIt's called "reading between the lines." Love the angle of the first one especially.
ReplyDeleteHilda I don't mind the cables. Especially in the top photo. They really add to the composition. Excellent.
ReplyDeleteWow that is huge! I'll bet they have a great view up there. I don't mind the cables either.
ReplyDeleteThe angle of the first shot is great! This is your Rockefeller Center! ;-)
ReplyDeletethe cables actually provide a different dimension. to me the imposing structure looks like it's hanging from a clothesline. :-)
ReplyDeleteCables? No they are just reference lines for our perspective!
ReplyDeleteSunshine Coast Daily Photo - Australia
It is sad about the cables, but I think they sort of add something to the photo. Especially the first shot.
ReplyDeleteNice shots. I actually like the cables in the first shot, I think they give an interesting effect.
ReplyDeleteWonderful perspective!This building is massive!
ReplyDeleteCool shots!
Léia
Nice shot. I like the cables. They add some visual interest.
ReplyDeleteIt looks like a magnificent building.
ReplyDeleteI normally try to avoid utility lines being in the way, but in this case it actually adds to the image.
ReplyDeleteBTW, thanks for the nomination for the pixel award. Really appreciate it.
Great title, especially for the 1st powerful shot!
