Solid

Side and front views of the massive Renaissance Towers condominium complex in Pasig City. I've never been inside, and I doubt if I ever will, but I hear that it's very luxurious and that security is very tight. I just wish there was some way to take photos of it up close without those equally solid-looking utility cables.

  4. If you can't keep them out of the picture, just use them. You did, and at least in the first image, they surely add something to the right geometry of the shot.

    think i've been there once, visiting a friend's friend...^-^
the interior seems typical to me, but his flat, although small, looks awesome... apart from the large windows, the view's fantastic...

  9. Don't worry Hilda. You just play the cards you are dealt. These photos are fine cables or not. What a great building. I'd love to go exploring there. Maybe you could slip the doorman 50P or so. That should open a door or two.

  10. The cables can be mostly a nuisance but you were able to actually use them as part of a great scene!

  11. It's called "reading between the lines." Love the angle of the first one especially.

  15. the cables actually provide a different dimension. to me the imposing structure looks like it's hanging from a clothesline. :-)

  17. It is sad about the cables, but I think they sort of add something to the photo. Especially the first shot.

  21. I normally try to avoid utility lines being in the way, but in this case it actually adds to the image.
