Milk candies

Pastillas de leche originally from the province of Bulacan. Carabao's milk and sugar. Soft, bite-sized, creamy, melt-in-your mouth sweetness.

  11. We have our own version of pastillas too, but I like eating Bulacan's better. Although you can't really compare it because they're entirely different.
