A small pond within a small park in the middle of the Greenhills Shopping Center in the City of San Juan. It is right next to the
tiangge (bazaar) and is outdoors, hence the covered walkway between buildings. I wonder if the thousands of shoppers that pass through the park everyday notice just how lush it is.
Urban or rural, natural or man-made, take a sightseeing tour of our world's diverse scenery!
An oasis indeed. A truly magic spot.
ReplyDeleteCheers.

ReplyDeleteGood morning,
ReplyDeletethis was indeed a joy to see in the middle of the night, in a city with way too much grey.
Please have you all a nice Sunday.
A male refuge, a true oasis, when we wish to escape our shopaholic partners!
ReplyDeleteGreat shot and what a good idea.
I agree 100% with Blossom Girl – such a lush, magical spot. Looking at the photo, you feel like taking a really deep, meditative breath!!
ReplyDeleteVery scenic, Hilda! It is indeed very lush. I've not been to the place, I would love to see it. Lovely and romantic! :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a beautiful area especially for a shopping center. It's so green. I love the shot and you even managed to get a reflection. :)
ReplyDeleteIf «Louis» were just seeing the photo and not reading the text, he would have NO idea this is in a mall!
ReplyDeleteOh Hilda, this is really something. Oasis is sure the word for it. I can almost smell the water and all the greenery.
ReplyDeleteThe park itself would make a great destination point. The fact that I would be able to shop while visiting makes it more inviting.
ReplyDeletewow its so pretty! I love the lights!
ReplyDeleteI love the ambiance! Very romantic!
ReplyDeleteWe all can use a respite from modern life, even if we find it at the mall. Madrid's Atocha train station has something very similar. A pleasure to see.
ReplyDeleteI love this photo. I can just hear the sounds of the water and everything. It's beautiful my friend. Well done :)
ReplyDeleteReal oasis in the middle of a city!
ReplyDeleteIt is so beautiful. Wish I could visit this place someday
ReplyDeletethis is truly romantic..hehehe! happy Sunday po!
ReplyDeleteHow wonderful to have this kind of green space. Even if shoppers don't notice it (how could they not notice it?) it is probably adding an element of health (physical/mental) to the shopping experience.
ReplyDeleteAn urban jungle! WOnderful Hilda!
ReplyDeleteHave nice sunday to you Hilds!
ReplyDeleteThis is such a great spot in a busy shopping center. I don't care if it's man-made. As long as I can see something green behind rushing people and as beautifully made as this, I feel refreshed and invigorated.
ReplyDeleteGood place to take a break from shopping :)
ReplyDeleteHow nice that they cared to create this little green space!
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!
Cezar
