Bloom where you are planted

Of all the colorful sculptures of Joel Ferraris at the Sky Garden of SM City North EDSA mall, Bloom is the only one with a practical application. I've seen people sitting on them, although mostly just to pose for photos. Wouldn't it be fun to have garden chairs like these?

  14. I like them, even if they do remind me of giant red snails...I would imagine the kids would get a kick out of them.

Re "roadhouse": I'm not sure, but I would guess it was a name given to "houses" alongside roads which offered various "goodies" to travelers.

Cody's Roadhouse is a place where you eat peanuts out of a big can, throw the shells on the floor, order a big hamburger and french fries and perhaps a margarita or two.

  18. Jacob gave me a smile (as he usually does)... These look like giant candy drops that threaten to come alive... Funny. I can see people - especially with children - going gaga with their camera here.
