The lovely landscaped gardens and fountains of
Greenbelt Park at the center of
several malls which are, in turn, surrounded by the high-rise commercial and condominium buildings of the
Makati Central Business District. The only building I recognize in this cluster is the tallest one on the right: the
BSA Tower, a
condotel.
Natural or man-made, take a refreshing dip in Watery Wednesday.

I really like this shot, with the vertical lines of the buildings and the fountain and the curving lines of the tree with the lines of the hedges bringing your eye back to the fountain.
This is so beautifully composed, Hilda.
I'm afraid I wont recognize Makati next time I see it.
Everything seems to grow towards the light. Great picture indeed.
Please have a good Wednesday.
This is a beautiful garden area, and I really like that fountain.
What a lovely little haven right in the middle of all the city. Nice watery view, Hilda.
Have a wonderful week!
That's beautiful!

A city oasis indeed. The foliage and fountain are lovely.
greenbelt is really a posh place I think, like the water features! thanks for sharing!good day!hope you can visit mine too!
The garden is a welcome respite from the surrounding brick and mortar.
Nice garden capture with the towers as a backdrop. Balancing nature and technology.
I used to visit Greenbelt Park whenever I went down to Manila. Strolling there was so refreshing after sweating out in the heat of the sun.
Nice shot; I especially love that tree to side. Everything looks so lush and green.
A nice place to get away for awhile!
A relaxing place for busy people working in those tall buildings. ^_^
Watery Wednesday
What a lovely garden! Especially in the middle of the city.
Wonderful photo, it is a very pretty garden. Love the fountain and the trees.
I really like this shot! I like the greenery set against the backdrop of buildings. :) The water fountain is the perfect touch.
I like this shot because of the tree and the high rise buildings. I wonder what it would be like to live way up there. Of course I like the fountain too. :)
I'm so glad Metro Manila has been greened over the past decade. What an improvement! Greenbelt wasn't always green, as I remember it.
