Sucks, right? I bet if you took a picture with a big camera you won't even be allowed to.I also some a few kids sitting on the grass near the "falls" and a guard shooed them off. Again, pretty, but it sucks.
Pretty spectacular looking, nonetheless.

The mall SM City North EDSA has a waterfall flowing from its Sky Garden. Too bad no one's allowed anywhere near it.
