The textured, unpainted concrete used on this house is typical of buildings in Metro Manila constructed during the 1970s, but I like the addition of brick accents, and the iron and wood gates. Vine-covered stone privacy walls can still be found in many upper-middle-class neighborhoods.

ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful and I love the mixed textures throughout. The homes remind me of those where I grew up (Hawaii)...these concrete homes must lend themselves well to warmer climes.
