My brother worked at a hospital in northern Minnesota, where it is very cold. They made their smoking area outside on the loading dock next to where the hospital kept all the garbage.
My brother commented that seeing people smoking even while freezing next to the garbage is proof that smoking is an addiction.
The fiercest sign for a smoking area I have seen to date.
