Not quite

The Greenhills Promenade in the City of San Juan isn't quite a mall. It has too few shops to be called such. What it does have is three cinemas, a theater and lots of restaurants. Except for the bookstore (another branch of Fully Booked), it doesn't really need stores. Promenade is in the same complex as the oldest and most famous tiangge (bazaar) in Metro Manila.

  6. hum this Promenade place looks cosy! I would love to shop there and enjoy a beautiful afternoon with Cezar, maybe a glass of red wine or cappuccino. Thinking of...better wine!I think Via Mare is a fabulous place to have a dinner!

  10. I don't know why (well, except for my ignorance) but I'm surprised a bit by the plethora of beautiful shopping facilities in Metro Manila.

I can see why this would be a favorite...good food, a movie, a bookstore and Starbucks...hard to beat (ah, I'd probably skip Starbucks)...

    Lovely night shot, Hilda!
