Nestlé Philippines (left) and
PHINMA Plaza (right) share a circular driveway. From afar, they look like they're beside each other. But when you get near enough to see their main entrances, you realize that they're across each other. To me, it looks like a battle of the corporate buildings, refereed by
The Manansala, a luxury condominium tower.
See what's reflecting what at James' Weekend Reflections.
I think those buildings are just trying to have a friendly "group hug."
ReplyDeletei like the rockwell area. soon it will be all buildings.
ReplyDeletegreat shot hilda!
the war of the skyscrapers! ^0^ always awe inspiring to look at.
ReplyDeleteps: "us" meeting is a gr8 idea, you guys decide when and where, i'll see if i can make it. ^-^

Cool reflection!
ReplyDeleteThese buildings are just amazing...magnificent without being pretentious...functional and beautiful at the same time!
ReplyDeleteI think you're right it's a battle of whoever reach the sky first
ReplyDeleteNice angle...

ReplyDelete«Louis» will wager on the PHINMA Plaza. ;-)
Great looking buildings.
ReplyDeleteI like the beautiful sky reflected in the windows on the building on the left. So many windows and floors!
ReplyDeleteit looks exactly like you describe!
ReplyDeleteIt must feel strange standing next to such tall buildings so close together.
I like this picture and the way you captured the reflection of the sky in the Nestle building.
ReplyDeleteTowers of glass and reflections and your photos make the best of both. Excellent, Hilda!
ReplyDeleteAwfully close. Within striking distance.
ReplyDeleteVery dense development indeed!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful and lovely shot !! Great
ReplyDeleteNice perspective shot here.
ReplyDeleteBrowsing your photos makes me think of home, no real tall building here in Tonga.
BTW, thanks for stopping by Tonga Daily Photo the other day.

ReplyDeleteHappy weekend.
You're absolutely right, Hilda. They do look a bit confrontational.
ReplyDeleteGreat description, a building boxing match! I like the perspective of this shot, I bet it makes you dizzy if you look up. Fun image! Kathy
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a concrete jungle but the buildings are awesome.
ReplyDeleteYour reflections are wonderful, Hilda. These buildings look extremely tall and beautiful.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend, Hilda
A battle of two buidlings with even a third one as referee, that's a very nice and creative way to see it!
ReplyDeleteGod bless you!
Cezar
Great shot Hilda. The buildings are very atractive.
ReplyDeleteI like this shot! So modern! Excellent job!
ReplyDeleteNice architecture!
ReplyDeleteHilda I like the perspective and reflections. Its great what you and the camera can do with ordinary urban scenes.
ReplyDeleteNice photograph.
Imagine if it were Unilever opposite Nestlé. They would need nothing but a long lens to spy! ;-)
ReplyDeleteExcellent shot Hilda!
rockwell has an awesome skyline at night :) have you ever been able to take a photo of that?
