Beat the heat

The waterfall feature of Sofitel Manila's lagoon-shaped swimming pool. Exceptionally tempting right now since the Philippines is in the middle of summer, which usually begins in March and ends in May.

Natural or man-made, take a refreshing dip in Watery Wednesday.

A luscious place. I'm intrigued by the blue color of the water...seems like they must have put some kind of dye in it...

It may not be natural, but it's wonderful swimming pool art. Looks like a little paradise.

Looks ever nicer, more exotic, more tropical than "South Eagan" this time of year - ha!
We're doing a "staycation" during Spring Break this year!

I wish I was there right now, I'm so tired of being in the cold. Spring is just around the corner but I can't wait for the really warm weather :-)

What a beautiful waterfall. It's finally gotten warm here -- I think I would enjoy a dip in that pool!

Jacob & Halcyon:
It's the tiles that are bright blue, not the water. :D

Guess that after May it will be time for summer to arrive here. Hasn't been raining already for nearly a month now.

Please have a wonderful Thursday.
