When I saw the thumbnail on the portal, I thought maybe you were vacationing in France!

Funny!

Does La Maison not simply mean "the home"?

And to think I've been looking for the best steaks all over the U.S. and they've been in the P.I. the whole time. :-)

So how good is the food?

btw nice detective work on the award. I had a feeling it was tagalog and for a moment after I gave it out I hoped it wasn't bad words. :-)

Nice find, very funny sign. I hope it is a good restaurant anyway.

You're not the only one who thought it was a French restaurant. Is the food any good?

Dear Hilda! This is gorgeous place - beautiful palms in the reflection! Ribs, steaks - can't go wrong with those :)
I would like to pass you an award. Hope you don't have this one already. You can pick it up at my blog. Ellie Vellie

Hmmm... La Maison is an odd name for a steakhouse. But I guess if it keeps the customers rolling in, that's all that matters!

French or not, it sounds good to me!

I would think that those looking for a good steakhouse might pass it by thinking of haute cuisine. LOL
