Roundabout park

A rotonda (roundabout) within the Ayala Commercial Center gives vehicles access to The Link, Makati Shangri-La, 6750 and Glorietta (a different entrance from the one in my photo though). Not one to waste even the smallest piece of real estate, Ayala Land turned the little lot inside the rotonda into a tiny park with landscaped gardens. The tent would make it a perfect venue for the center's events too.

That is the best looking roundabout I've ever seen. Well, except for the Arch de Triomphe! Kudos to Ayala Land!

Neat, tidy and environmentally friendly. Good protection from the summer heat. Ayala is a big contributor in Makati's commercial business district. The museum is still there?

At first I didn't realize how big that tree is.

It's nice to know that they are conscious of not wasting space. Look at that perfectly trimmed hedge too. Very nice.

Everything is so perfect here, I'd really like to have a walk around these buildings. Ayala Lands knows how to do things well!

I love decorated round points. We have a couple of traffic circles here in Jackson. One has some nice landscaping. I'll have to get a pic one of these days. But people will probably think I'm crazy to take pictures of a round point!

That's a huge roundabout! I like the idea of the park inside it.

Looks like a great spot for a picnic. Do you get daily rainfalls?

As my girst-grader tells me, we need more parks, not more buildings.

Wonderful! Wish all rotondas in Portugal were half as beautiful as this one!... (The portuguese word is rotunda)

Hi Hilda, according to my friend, the Ayala museum have a lot of Butuanon artifacts. Its one of my "must see" when I can go back there in Manila.
