Forces

The headquarters of the Hukbong Dagat ng Pilipinas (Philippine Navy) is dwarfed by the headquarters of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (Central Bank of the Philippines). Both are along Roxas Boulevard in the City of Manila.

Interesting reflection of priorities, isn't it, considering the Philippines as an archipelago of over 7000 islands has a LOT of water and a LONG coast to defend.

That's quite a contrast between the navy and a bank. It does make a person wonder about priorities.

The large building looks so solid and strong. I think I like the smaller white building better though. :)
