I've always wondered about these white steps on Temple Drive in Quezon City. They just lead to an empty lot, which you can't walk through anyway because it's fenced in.

Mysterious steps like this always intrigue me. Sometimes when I'm hiking, I find a little paved section of something in the middle of nowhere, or an obviously man-made set of steps that lead nowhere, and I wonder what it's for.
It's an interesting photo and a mystery.
