Sarabia Optical was founded by the country's first Filipino optometrist, Federico Sarabia Jr., who opened his clinic in 1908. It currently has thirteen branches all over Metro Manila, and nine more in various parts of Luzon.

Looks not unlike the optical stores here even down to the "sale" sign! Rather amazing, though, that the business is still going after all these years!
BTW, the dog will remain with the vet until a suitable home is found for him.
