Ghost runners

THEME DAY: FEET • Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig City is one of the fastest-growing mixed-used upscale land developments in Metro Manila. Running seems to be a popular sport among the residents of BGC's many condominium towers. We were about to end our day at nine o'clock in the evening yet the runners were still out in full force. And all I caught were their disembodied feet.

A spectacular way of interpreting Theme Day: feet... and no more.

Your May 30 photo of the dancer in the ballet also would have made an excellent choice for the feet theme day.

Nice one! It's good to see a night shot of feet!

I love this photo. One of the best feet choices I've seen so far. There's something about the "ghostie" effect in pictures that appeals to me.

Happy theme day!

If you did that purposely, you are a genius photographer...if it was luck, you are still a genius photographer because there is no such thing as luck in photography...serendipity, maybe, but not luck.

Wonderful artwork!

Hilda, great technical shot. I like the vanishing and active feet and the city scene with buildings and light. I am glad you enjoyed the Native American dance feet on my site.

Ghost runner and a few shoes? :)

Michel Benoit said...

Very subtle that foot!

A famous french photographer (who ?) made a famous photo of a runner as well : we see only the foot, the rest of the body is in motion blur.
