I wish I could tell you what these four building in the Ortigas Center are, but I can only identify the two in the middle. The one with the pointy roof is Richmonde Hotel. The ziggurat overhung with plants is one of my two favorite buildings in the area, the headquarters of San Miguel Corporation. Built in 1976, it was designed by the brothers Manuel, Jose and Francisco "Bobby" Mañosa. San Miguel is one of the largest food, beverage and packing companies in the Philippines but is probably best known for its beer.

No doubt about which my favourite building is. It's yours too and it's just great!
Great shot - I love how you've captured these four unique and interesting buildings into one excellent photo. I don't think you'd find four buildings this well designed in my whole state.
Very nice contrasts in the shapes and details of the roofs. Nice shot, Hilda!
Is that pointy thing sticking out from that pointy roof an antenae? I think that building is my favorit :D
belles constructions modernes derrières, j'aime beaucoup
This is an excellent perspective on these four buildings. Well done, Hilda. I can still remember this area when only the San Mig building was there.
I remember that San Miguel building when I was lost, and kept telling my sister I'm just near the building lol!
beautiful staircase that leads to this building
You are right that green building is really something spectacular. I like this image and this kind of buildings.
Wow it's massive!Modern and beautiful building for sure and your picture is perfect!

Love those hanging gardens.
I like that leafy building. Very cool.
Hilda the tall building behind San Miguel I think is Astoria while the other one next to Richmond is the Jolibee Center.
actually it's one of the most interesting buildings in metro manila.
i wish i could get to the top of the san miguel building.
yes, san miguel is definitely one of the most interesting structures to date. wonderful foto you've posted, i like the word ziggurat though, i havent; heard that in a while. ^0^
Not only a beautiful skyline, but a wonderful portrait of a modern ziggurat. I immediately thought of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon.
I'd also say the ziggurat is the most outstanding of the buildings, but I think they all deserve a special mention anyway. Do I recall seeing San Miguel beer here in the States?
Very interesting roof lines indeed. Great shots. A lot of crontrast in these buildings.
This is certainly an interesting collection of roof lines. I think it is somewhat unusual to see so many different styles in such a small area. It does make for a wonderful picture.
