Global support
This is a slightly different view of the residential and commercial condominiums in Eastwood City from the photo which I posted back in October. Eastwood was one of the first land developments in Manila that specifically targeted the business process outsourcing industry, providing their buildings with advanced high-bandwidth and fiber optic telecommunications systems. Dell International Services, which provides customer care and other support services for Dell users, has a center in the Eastwood City CyberPark.

My company has a call center in that area. Impressive shot.
nice skywatch Hilda! Interesting background info too.
Yup I remembered when it was still inhabited by "talahibs" then Hilda.
So urban in feel. This could be any city in the world.

Beautiful sky scrapers against the sky. Nice shot.
Standing tall!
Please sail by for my Sky shots
I've been to that Dell buildings three times, yes in Eastwood, for a job interview, too bad when they called me for the final one,I can't come anymore bec we were about to leave the country then.
we have tall buildings here in our nook, too but not as tall and as plenty as it is in Manila. At times i miss scenes like this.
Beautiful shot, Hilda!
Happy holiday and happy weekend!

The buildings look so neat and and orderly, which seems appropriate. The sky looks fluffy and pretty and not easily controlled. I like the contrast.
That's quite a group of tall buildings, much larger than anything in my town. And a nice warm sky for SWF.
Some nice skyscrapers for Skywatch Friday. I usually have a bad experience trying to understand people in those call centers but the buildings look great from the outside.
Nice sky watch Hilda.
Enjoy the long weekend.
Starting to look a little like Hong Kong, non?
another human marvel... great shot Hilds as always....
Romancing the Sky
les tours touchent le ciel, bientôt nous pourront toucher la lune ;o) beau ciel et les tours font un beau cadre
i like the new mall there. i have a list of friends working in the area.
I like the buildings, the ones on the right more than the others.
An interesting take on Sky Watch - and we learned more about Manila in the process!
«Louis» called his bank today - the customer service person was in Manila. «Louis» greeted and thanked her in Tagalog...
i like the new Eastwood mall. one of my cousins work in one of those BPOs. great shot.
Una gran urbe, como simpre muy bien documentado. Un trabajo impecable.
Saludos
This is well composed, Hilda. The buildings look almost like living entities, gathered there under the sky.
That is certainly something we don't have here! I'll bet the views at the top are fantastic.
again, i haven't been to libis in ages. so much has changed and i think the place has been bombarded by call centers. ^0^
regardless, it's a fantastic view.
Good contrast between the natural and the man-made!..... Thanks for sharing your thoughts and time!...:)
Very cool. What an imposing cluster of towers
An interesting look at your city, I don't think I expected to see so many high rises.
I like the shot, I thought this is not in Manila but other country. Happy weekend!

Looks like a nice, calm sky!
My company may also have offices in there. Our IT help line is now based out of the Philipines. Every time I call, the people are very friendly and helpful. (I hate to say it - but usually better than when we called people in the US!).
A great sky shot with the soaring buildings in the foreground.
And this is just as impressive as your other photo. I do like the clouds hovering overhead!
The sky, indeed, seems to be the only limit.
Please have a nice weekend.

I love the clouds hovering over those tall buildings! Nice shot!
I love these buildings reaching up to touch the clouds. Great picture!
Great shot, impressive buildings!
Wow! How swanky! Looks like part of the skyline in San Francisco! Happy skies to you and thanks for visiting mine.
Signs of concrete overpowering nature :-| But it does look beautiful!
