Nothing else

How important is food in the social life of Filipinos? When we say "restaurant row," we mean it literally. This is the restaurant side of the Greenhills Promenade in San Juan City, in the same complex as Metro Manila's most famous tiangge (bazaar).

How time flies! April is almost done and I'm again reminding all CDP bloggers about our next theme day. The May 1 theme is Statues, and have you voted for the June theme already?

«Louis» is happy with any place not serving le boeuf...

[Editor to «Louis»: What? Self-preservation kicking in again?

«Louis» to Editor: Speaking of "preservation", I scheduled an appointment for you with the taxidermist tomorrow...

Looks like a LOT of fun. I really like the architecture too. It's incredibly inviting which serves the restaurant business well.

So many choices. How do you decide?

We have something similar - our food courts in our shopping malls...but this looks much nicer and like much more fun!

And yes, from your blog I have concluded that Filipinos do enjoy eating!

Nice, colorful photo!

I would have a terrible time trying to decide where to eat with that much to choose from!

I really don't know what I could choose...

I think every city has it's resto row. :) Looks like you have some nice choices here.

I am still looking for a statue for the upcoming theme day. I better get to work!
