Fore!

Capitol Hills Golf & Country Club is one of the most popular golf courses in Quezon City. It is located beside three of the richest residential subdivisions on this side of the city: Capitol Hills Subdivision, Ayala Heights and Ayala Hillside Estates. I can understand wanting to be near a golf course if one were a golf enthusiast, but choosing a lot within striking distance of a golf ball does not look like a very smart decision.

I would say you are right about the golf balls! In Tucson people like to live next to golf courses just because it's something green!

«Louis» will have to forward the link for this to Halcyon at Jackson, MS, DP. She LOVES to play golf!

Tita, this is a nice photo with a very interesting description. But Tita don't you think golf balls are better than let say bullets etc.?

Tita kahit ano mangyari, I would still choose to live in one of those exclusive villages, no matter what. If only I were that super rich. LOL!

I'm not a sports fan of any form, so I can share your feelings about stray balls and windows. On the other hand, because of the popularity of this type of location, it strikes me as a prudent investment.

A lovely and lush looking place.

Our friends live by the golf course and they find balls in their backyard. Luckily, they never have anything broken yet.

I wouldn't choose to live in one either, of course I don't play golf.

Makes one wonder what was first there, the golf course or the apartments.

Please have a wonderful Thursday.

Usually they design the housing layout so there isn't really a serious danger. I personally would love to live on a golf course!

This looks like a nice play to play. I especially like the palm trees.

You made me remember when I played golf some years ago in my Trujillo of Perú. ¡Green shot! never better said.

I think Pia had a photo of this course a few days ago. It's beautiful. A nice oasis of calm in the city.

IT's a beautiful area but I have to agree with what you said. I can imagine a few broken windows. :)

Wasn't there a huge fire in Quezon city recently? I think I read something in the Wall Street Journal about it!
Looks like a lovely golf course!

Golf courses are becoming a political issue here as they are not very ethically green

Oh my co-workers would love this place! We have golf competitions all the time. All the buildings probably have unbreakable glass windows ;D
